A new Vivo T series phone, Vivo T4 5G, will launch in India soon. The official dates are yet to be announced, but rumours hint at an early April launch. T3 5G was launched in March 2024, so April could either set us a launch date or begin promos and teasers for the new phone.
Although Vivo has yet to confirm the features, tweaks, and upgrades, reports from 91Mobiles, a channel that covers leaks and rumors on electronics, disclosed its expectations of the T4 5G.
Vivo T4 5G Build and Display
Vivo T4 5G may be 8.1 mm thick and weigh 195 grams. The front panel of the phone could have a Corning Gorilla Glass 5, ensuring protection against scratches. The back panel could be made of plastic or silicone polymer to enhance durability and survival against hard surfaces.
The screen is 6.7 inches with an AMOLED quad-curved display and could have an IP54 rating for protection from dust and water splashes from all directions. The T4 5G has a 120Hz refresh rate. The phone will also have an in-display fingerprint sensor and an infrared blaster.
Processor and Operating System
The Vivo T4 5G is expected to run on the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 processor, meaning it only supports easy to moderate tasks as opposed to heavy gaming or apps. The phone has Android 15 with Funtouch OS 15 out of the box.
Vivo T4 5G Camera
Vivo is popular for the clarity, smoothness, and flexibility of its camera lenses. The T4 5G could have a dual rear camera setup. The lenses contain a 50 MP Sony IMX882 sensor with Optical Image Stabilization and a 2MP secondary lens. The selfie camera offers a 32 MP lens.
Vivo T4 5G Battery
The T4 5g could be equipped with a 7,300mAh battery supporting 90W fast charging. The battery capacity only supports easy to moderate tasks, the phone’s battery may not support long hours of gaming or heavy tasks.
Storage And Price Range of Vivo T4 5G In India
Vivo may launch 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB, and 12GB + 256GB variants. Depending on your choice of RAM and GB configuration, the price may fall between Rs. 20,000 and Rs. 25,000.
