Court Orders Asset Disclosure
The Delhi High Court has asked Priya Sachdev Kapur, Sunjay Kapur’s widow, to share a full list of all movable and immovable assets owned by Sunjay before his death. This order aims to bring transparency amid the ongoing legal battle over the will.
Samaira and Kiaan suspect the will that leaves everything to Priya is forged. They want their rightful share as legal heirs. The court has scheduled further hearings in October to examine the dispute.
