The 18th season of Bigg Boss, one of India’s most famous reality shows, ended with crowning Karan Veer Mehra as the winner. The Indian actor was thrilled about the win and stated that he was expecting the win, But he also revealed that he is yet to see his prize money of ₹ 50 lakhs.
What did Karan Veer Mehra actually say?
The Indian actor was invited by Bharati and Harsh Limbachiyaa’s podcast channel on YouTube Bharati TV, this month. On the podcast, Karan Veer Mehra was questioned about his journey and life before and after Bigg Boss and how it has changed since his win.
When one of the questions was about the staggering 50 lakh prize money, he revealed that he is still awaiting it. Karan Veer Mehra was associated with the entertainment channel Colors well before Bigg Boss. He also won Khatron Ke Khiladi Season 14, which ended in September last year. Fortunately for him, Khatron Ke Khiladi sent him his winnings, and the car he won was booked.

In the podcast, Karan Veer Mehra talked about his days on the Bigg Boss set and his mental state during the competition and at the end. He told Bharati TV that he believes his win was “God’s plan” and that he wouldn’t have won without the support and blessings of his fans and his voters. The young actor also said that winning or losing didn’t matter to him in the final days of the show. He had always treated Bigg Boss as a show about personality, and his personality wouldn’t have changed even if he had come second.
Karan Veer Mehra’s plan for his prize money
Actor Karan Veer Mehra admitted to Bharati TV that he would spend his prize money to support the education of his staff’s children. For now, he is spending a lot of time with his fans and, “especially (with) the aunties” who supported and cheered for him through the course of Bigg Boss.
