India Post recruitment for GDS positions was released to fill up 21,413 vacant seats. THe window opened back in 10th February and closed on 3rd March. There was a correction period given for candidates from 6th March to 8th March 2025. Now all who were waiting for the merit list can check their names. How to Check GDS January 2025, Merit List
The Post Office GDS Merit was published on 21st March 2025. Candidates from 22 states who applied for the post have been shortlisted. Here’s how you can check your name,
- First, you need to visit the official website indiapostgdsonline.gov.in in your browser.
- Then, click on the ‘GDS Merit List’ link. Once clicked it will open a new page where you have to select your state.
- Once you select your state, the merit list will open and you can check your name there.
- After finding your name on the merit list make sure to save it for future reference or you can also take a printout of the merit.
Recruitment Process
If your name is there in the Merit List then you will have to complete one more step. Firstly you will have to verify all documents through the Divisional Head mentioned to your name. This has to be done by 7th April 2025. Now some might ask which are the documents that are needed to be verified. Actually all necessary original documents and passport size recently taken self-attested color photo will be needed for document verification.
