Today, on March 21st, 2025, Bajaj Housing Finance Share Price experienced a surge of almost 1% in its stock value since the opening bell. The sudden spike follows the prediction that Bajaj housing finance would receive FTSE inflows ahead of its Lock-in expiry.

As per Nuvama Alternative and Quantitative Research calculations, Bajaj FTSE inflows of up to $45 million could be headed towards BHF. IIFL Capital’s Alt Desk predicted potential inflows of $48.4 million. Investors are also counting down to April 15th as BHF’s lock-in expires that day, granting eligibility to 529 crore shares (64% of the company’s outstanding equity) for trading.

Today, BHF’s shares opened to the market at Rs. 121.50 and are up by almost 1% compared to the opening bell and the previous close of 121.14.  At 10:15 a.m., BHF’s share price was 122.50, nearly 0.2% up from its opening and previous close rates. According to the reports and estimates on Money Control, the current market capitalisation shows 101,978 cores; the UC Limit is 133.25, and the LC Limit is 109.02.

BHF declared in Q3 FY 24-25 that the company’s net profit spotted a significant increase of 25% year-on-year, reporting to Rs. 548 crore, against Rs. 437 crore in the same period of the previous year. Its total revenue also increased by approximately 25% to Rs. 2,407.63 crore. Bajaj Housing Finance’s loan assets reported a 31% year-on-year increase to Rs. 95,570.
