On the first week of release it made Rs 229.65 crores, then revenues dropped a little but weekends got a good response as Saturday and Sunday made Rs 10.5 cr and Rs 11.02 cr respectively. Tamil version of the movie made the most collection in last weekends, more than Rs 13 crores. Followed by Hindi version making more than Rs 4.75 crores, and the Telugu version made over Rs 3.5 Cr.

Coolie: The Powerhouse is another power pack action movie form Superstar Rajinikanth. Directed with flair, the film balances high-octane action with moments of genuine emotion. Rajnikanth’s charming personality, dialogue delivery, and the action scenes made it more pleasing to watch.
According to the movie rating website IMDb, the movie got a 6.4 score out of 10, with more than 15K reviews. On the other hand, Coolie got an impressive 7.6 out of 10, with more than 209K votes.
