Total income from interest has also grew by 4.9% to Rs 31091 ccrores, which was Rs 29628 crores in the same period last year. Net interest income stands 1.4% higher at Rs 11435 cr. Also, gross NPA has decreased, as of the Q1 end, NIPA stands at 2.28% which was 2.88% in the same period last year.
