‘Accumulate’ Rating from Prabhudas Lilladher Declines Volats Share By 2.5%: Should You Buy Or Sell? Check Recommendation

On March 21st, 2025, Voltas Share Price suffered a 2.5% decline in stock value as the brokerage firm Prabhudas Lilladher revised its rating to ‘Accumulate.’ The firm attributed its reasons to Voltas’ interest in maintaining its market shares and its inclination to prioritise volume growth and over immediate margin expansions. Prabhudas Lilladher also said that Voltas will meet its increasing demand although it wishes to avoid an exceptional surge like last year.

Today, Voltas’ shares opened to the market at Rs. 1,460.00 and are currently down by 2% compared to the opening bell rates and by 2.7% compared to the previous close of 1,469.00.

At 12:00 p.m., Voltas’ share price was 1,428.75, nearly 2.1% lower than the opening rate. And 2.7% lower than its previous close. According to the reports and estimates on Money Control, the current market capitalisation shows 47,280 cores; the UC Limit is 1,616.85, and the LC Limit is 1,322.95.

In its Q3 reports, Voltas showed a net profit of Rs.130.76 crore. The company’s net expenses increased by 12% to Rs. 2,941.11, and its revenue improved by 17.9% to Rs. 3,164.16 crore from Rs. 2,683.61 crore in Q3 FY24.
