Bollywood’s famous social media influencer Orhan Awatramani or Orry is in trouble. As Jammu and Kashmir Police have taken strict action against him. He was allegedly consuming alcohol near the Vaishno Devi shrine in Katra. The cottage where they consumed alcohol was strict about Non-Vegetarian food and Alcohol.
Orry’s Alleged Alcohol Consumption in Jammu
The incident took place at a hotel in Katra, where the basecamp for pilgrims visiting Mata Vaishno Devi temple was situated. The group, in which Orry was in has Darshan Singh, Parth Raina, Ritick Singh, Rashi Dutta, Rakshita Bhogal, and many more. All of them were found consuming alcohol despite giving clear warnings that such activities are strictly prohibited.
Police’s Response and Legal Action
On 15th March an FIR was registered against these eight people including Orry. Jammu Police emphasized, that consuming alcohol and eating non-vegetarian food is strictly banned in Katra as its near Vaishno Devi Shrine, which has immense significance in Hinduism.
SSP Reasi Paramvir Singh has issued a stern warning that no tolerance for those who violate this law. Especially after consuming alcohol and drugs in religious places. The reason is police aim to set a clear example by dealing strictly with offenders to maintain peace and respect towards religious sentiments.
Investigation So Far
A special team to investigate this matter is already been formed under SP Katra, Dy SP Katra and SHO Katra. Notices has been send to all accused individuals which instructed them to join the prob. The police are determined to ensure such incidents do not happen again ana the sanctity of the religious place is maintained.

Orry is already well known and popular for his personality and content creation. He is been seen with Bollywood celebrities like Janhavi Kapoor, Ananya Pandey, Bhumi Pednekar. But despite all the Jammu and Kashmir Police is ready to protect the religious sentiments of the community. This incident again proves violating rules at sacred sites can lead to serious consequences.
