Kingston, Tamil’s new horror fantasy, is suffering to keep its place in the theatres. Other films like Dragon are grabbing all the attention, leaving Kingston with low earnings and a weak impact. Let’s find out the total box office collection and daily earnings.

Box Office Collection Till Today

Kingston is GV Prakash’s new horror fantasy, which was released on March 7th. The movie was slow at picking its pace and attracting an audience. Although the weekend presented better numbers, the following Monday and Tuesday underperformed comparatively. Day 5 in the theatres ended with a mere 31 lakhs in collections.

Reviews of Kingston

The movie delivers a new concept of pirates and their oceanic adventures. Not many films succeed in providing freshness, and people believe Kingston is one of them. A few said the movie lacked logic and sense and did not need more than 3 hours to reach the end. The negative reviews also mentioned disappointment with the screenplay. A few, however, disagreed with the spreading negative criticism and said Kingston is a “good movie.”

A viewer said, “Excellent Movie, In-depth Story, Great Attention to detail, GV Prakash’s acting was superb, It is a story of a person who turns the cursed sea back to a normal prosperous one, Excellent CGI, Sound, Story. Kudos to the team and director.” Another said, “Very fresh adventure horror story, it was very engaging, good drama and twists. I couldn’t connect to few characters but GV Prakash’s performance was amazing. 4/5 star.”
