Celebrity MasterChef is a Sony TV show hosted by Farah Khan. As the name suggests, Indian TV celebrities compete with each other in the MasterChef kitchen and fight their way to the winner’s trophy. As the competition progresses, we see new determination and vigour in every participant to be better than their peers.
Celebrity MasterChef 2025
The show began on 27th January 2025, and the season finale is approaching soon. Meaning the top 5 contestant lineup is all set to be revealed. A few videos and rumours are swirling around, which suggest that contestants Gaurav Khanna, Nikki Tamboli, Rajiv Adatia, Tejasswi Prakash, and Faisal Shaikh are the final contenders. This also means that Usha Nadkarni, Archana Gautam and Kabita Singh face the danger of elimination in one of the future episodes. So far, Ayesha Jhulka, a wild-card-entry participant, Chandan Prabhakar and Abhijeet Sawant have been eliminated from the competition.
Deipika Kakar Quit the Show
Unfortunately, Dipika Kakar, who showed great potential and cooked delicious dishes through her course in the MasterChef kitchen, had to quit the show. She attributed the cause to the problems in her left shoulder. Her last day of the shoot was on 12th February when the kitchen invited the couple Hina Khan and Rocky Jaiswal.
MasterChef has always been a cut above other cooking shows with its difficult yet exciting challenges. And as the finale appears, the judges have taken the challenges a notch higher. The recent promos show the participants pairing up in teams of two each, and one of the pairs cycling non-stop while the other cooks. These promos have gained popularity on social media, increasing people’s eagerness for the new episode.
Celebrity MasterChef is judged by star Chefs Vikas Khanna and Ranveer Brar, while Farah Khan hosts the show. The show airs on weekdays- Monday to Friday at 8 p.m.
