Chhaava, Vicky Kaushal’s latest and best yet, is still three cores away from finishing the 400 crore race. Chhaava is Vicky Kaushal’s first film to have earned more than 300 crores at the box office. It is the first film in India to fly past 500 crores in worldwide collections.
Fans and movie lovers expected Chhaava to hit 400 crores by the end of week 2. It is disappointing to see Chhaava fail in this regard; nevertheless, people are cheering and eagerly waiting for the celebratory moment.
Box Office Collection Status Till Date
Chhaava was released on 14th February, and after 15 days of its journey in theatres, the movie’s earnings are estimated to be around ₹ 397.92 crores (all languages). Yesterday, Chhaava collected 12 crores. Sachnilk has already released a number for today’s collection 0.06 crores (Early estimates).
The worldwide collection, unlike the swift Indian theatres, is moving slowly but surely. Compared to the last numbers, Chhava has added 40 crores to its bag. This brings the total to 540 crores in worldwide collections. These numbers may soon surpass Deepika Padukone and Shahid Kapoor’s Padmavat, whose worldwide collections grossed 571 crores.

The Story and Cast of Chhaava
Chhaava is the life of the second ruler of the Maratha Empire- Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj. The movie was based on the book Chhaava written by Shivaji Savant. Vicky Kaushal plays the role of the Maratha ruler, while Rashmika Mandanna plays the role of his wife, Yesubai Bhonsale.
The story starts after the death of King Chatrapati Shivaji, and the Maratha-Mughal conflict is triggered in his wake. Aurangzeb (Akshaye Khanna) leads the Mughal side of the war. Chhaava also features Ashutosh Rana, Divya Dutta, and Diana Penty, who play key roles.
