The security arrangements are still lacking, with access to our complex limited to a side entrance rather than the main gate, which remains unopened.” Such ongoing challenges have led some buyers to believe that the anticipated moving date may be delayed well beyond this year.
DDA’s Housing Scheme Overview
In the backdrop of these issues, registrations for the DDA’s Dwarka Housing Scheme 2024 commenced on August 21. This scheme encompasses an e-auction for 173 residential units, targeting middle-income group (MIG) and high-income group (HIG) buyers, as well as penthouse options.
