Company Financials

Bajaj Housing Finance Limited (BHFL) reported a net profit of Rs. 587 crore, which is up by 54% from Rs. 381 crore compared to the same period last year.  While operating revenue increased 26% to Rs 2,508 crore, the company’s net interest income (NII) increased by 31% to Rs 823 crore from Rs 629 crore during the previous fourth quarter.

Home loans comprised 56% of BHFL’s assets under management (AUM), which increased by 26% YoY to Rs. 1.15 lakh crore.  Loan assets increased by 25% from the prior year to Rs. 99,513 crore, with a net non-performing asset (NPA) of 0.11% and a gross non-performing asset (NPA) of 0.29%.
