Voltas has recently released its Q1 FY26 results. It shows a sharp 58% decline in consolidated net profits to Rs 140.61 crores. The revenue of the company also fell by 20.22% to Rs 3912.29 crores, which was Rs 4903.91 crores during the same period last year. Total expenses of the company has reduced by 16.11% to Rs 3792.05 crores, and total income has declined by Rs 19.6% to Rs 4020.65 crores.

Despite poor performance in Q1, Voltas is still India’s leading air conditioning brand with 17.8% market share in room AC. With strategic investments, innovations, and international projects in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, it’s targeting future growth opportunities.

The 2025 summer saw lower-than-expected temperatures across many Indian regions, severely impacting Voltas’ core cooling product business. But, Voltas is aggressively investing in expanding distribution and launching new products, particularly in the smart appliance category.

Voltas Share has multiple target price suggestions by different analysts and institutions. Motilal Oswal suggested a range between Rs 1350 to Rs 1710. S&P Global suggests Rs 1404 for these Shares. However, Consensus analysts suggest Rs 1387.22 by the end of this year.
