The company is set to release its Q1 FY26 results on 14th August 2025. Lets take a look back into the previous quarter numbers, the company made 3.83% growth in total income of Rs 11013.50 crores in Q4 FY25. However, operating profits declined massively by 35.60% to negative 911.60 crores. Profit after tax also fell by 6.63% to negative 7166.10 crores, and operating margins also fell to -8.28%.

  • VI announced its enterprise unit will connect 12million smart electricity meters nationwide in coming three years time on 9th August. This will support India’s Smart Grid Mssion and boost VI’s footprint in the energy, automotive, and utility sectors via IoT-enabled solutions.
  • The Indian government is considering a fresh relief package to help VI manage its massive adjusted gross revenue dues. This might include extended repayment timelines and conversion of interest to simple from compound form.
