Review and Ratings
The movie had all the ingredients for a great gangster saga with Kamal Haasan and Mani Ratnam, who reunited after decades. It offers strong performances and stunning visuals, but lacks because of a cluttered plot and underdeveloped characters. The first half holds promise, but the second half loses momentum, making the revenge story feel predictable and uninspired.
Thug Life currently has a 4.4 stars out of 10 on the IMDb platform with nearly 3K reviews. On the other hand, it scored a 5 out of 10 on the Book My Show platform with more than 20K votes.
