The movie Sitaare Zameen Par is a sequel to Taare Zameen Par. Released back in 2007, that is the only film directed by Amir Khan himself. Sitaare Zameen Par has already surpassed the total collection of the film. The total Indian collection stands at around Rs 67.04 crore, and globally, it has crossed Rs 100 crores.
Storyline & Cast
The story starts with a basketball coach, Amir Khan, or Gulshan. He meets with an accident as a result of drink and drive and gets to coach a team of neurodivergent adults as community service. There, he meets the team, which changes his perspective on seeing everything in the world. Starting with confusion, Gulshan bonds with the team and lastly proves in the final match its not about winning it all about enjoying.
Ratings of Sitaare Zameen Par
The movie has managed to get an 8.7 out of 10 rating on the online movie ticket booking platform Book My Show. On the other hand, it secured 7.3 stars out of 10 on the movie review website IMDb.
