Critics have shown mixed reactions after watching Sikandar. Some did praise the on-screen appearance of Salman Khan. However, the direction of A.R. Murugadoss has been criticized for lack of storytelling and uninspired action sequences. Some praised Rashmika Mandanna’s performance. But some reviews call the whole movie plot bloated and melodramatic with weak supporting characters.
