Suriya’s much-awaited film Retro entered its second week, but has yet to recover its making budget. As per report the total Retro Box Office Collection is at Rs 55 Cr. Retro Story and Cast
Retro movie shows us the story of Paarivel “Paari” Kannan, an orphan raised by a gangster. Who tries to leave his violent past behind after marrying his love, Rukmini? However, his former life catches up with him when his gangster father figure demands stolen goods back, leading to chaos and Paari’s imprisonment. 5 years later, Paari escapes and embarks on a quest to reunite with Rukmini, encountering dangerous enemies and a tyrannical regime on an island.
In this movie, we can see Suriya as the main character along with Pooja Hegde as Rukmini. Apart from these two, Jayram, Joju George, Karunakaran, Prakash Raj, Nassar, Sujith Shankar, Shriya Saran can be seen in important characters.
