The Chinese smartphone brand Realme launched its latest member of the GT series, the GT7 5G, in China on 23rd April. The company confirmed that sales will begin in the country from 29th April. Although Realme didn’t state when or if the GT 7 5G will launch in India, tech geeks and fans of the brand are hopeful because Realme has a history of launching its older GT models in India. Realme GT7 5G Display and Build
With a 6.78-inch OLED display, the GT7 5G offers a 1280 x 2800 pixels resolution, a 144Hz refresh rate, and 6500 nits peak brightness. Reports say the device features a flat aluminium frame and a curved glass back. Neither the visual aesthetics nor the comfortable grip were compromised here. The GT7 5G is available in the colours Graphene Ice (blue), Graphene Snow (white), and Graphene Night (black).

The device, powered by a massive 7,200mAh battery that depends on a 100w wired charger for fast charging, is designed to run all day without the users having to charge it more than once daily.
Realme GT7 5G Camera
The Realme GT7 5G has a dual camera system on the back that houses a 50 MP primary lens with OIS and an 8 MP ultra-wide-angle lens for greater coverage of the subject plane. The selfie camera slot has a 16 MP lens, promising clear and detailed pictures.
Realme GT7 5G Processor and Operating System
The phone runs on Realme UI 6.0 based on Android 15 and has the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset under the hood. The chipset is one of the latest models that is popular for its support in multitasking and heavy operations like gaming. According to leaks and rumours, the device is equipped with a cooling system primarily to stabilise temperatures and keep the heat from reaching the back panel.
Realme GT7 5G Pricing
The price of the Realme GT7 5G varies depending on the storage capacity of the variant. 5 variants will be available for sale in China from 29th April, and reports suggest the following estimates:
- The 12GB RAM with 256GB storage will cost CNY 3,699 (approximately Rs. 43,800)
- The 16GB RAM with 256GB storage variant could approximately be Rs. 46,200
- The 12GB RAM + 512GB variant may cost approximately Rs. 47,400
- The 16GB RAM + 512GB storage model could be CNY 4,299 (approximately Rs. 50,900).
- Lastly, the 16GB RAM + 1TB storage version could be CNY 4,799- approximately Rs. 56,900.
But as the product have not launched yet in India, official prices can be changed and will be know after the launch.
