Today, on 17th April 2025, NBCC saw a surge of nearly 4% in its share price. The spike followed the company’s announcement of plans for redevelopments nationwide. NBCC also stated that it expects revenue of 12,000 crores in the fiscal year 2024-25, and its goal is to achieve Rs. 29,000 crores by FY 2029.
Chairman Mahadevswamy reported that NBCC wants to collaborate with Goa, Telangana, Jammu and Kashmir for redevelopment projects. Compared to Rs. 2,423.52 crore in the same quarter previous year, revenue from operations increased 16.65% to Rs. 2,826.95 crore. The company’s PBT (profit before tax) stood at Rs. 196.23 crore, up 28.8% year over year from Rs. 152.35 crore in Q3 of FY24. NBCC announced an interim dividend of ₹0.53 per share, with the record date for eligibility being 18th February.
