Among the many new smartphone launches, people have been looking forward to the Apple new generation, the iPhone 17. There is no official information from Apple yet, but a YouTuber, Majin Bu, whose channel is called iDeviceHelp, showcased dummy models of iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max and the all-new iPhone 17 Air. iPhone 17 Air
Every iPhone has its eyes on the iPhone 17 Air. The “Air” emphasises the phone’s lightness and ultra-thin feature, a first in iPhones. The YouTuber said the 17 Air could be more or less than 5.588 mm thick. The phone has only one rear camera, which sits on a horizontally placed pill-shaped island.
A significant difference between the previous and 17 series is the absence of ‘the Plus’ variant. The iPhone 17 Air is likely a replacement, meaning the ‘Plus’ variants might have reached the end of their journey.
iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max
The iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max dummy units had three rear camera lenses. The camera island is expanded to the edge of the phone to accommodate flash and lidar on the right corner. There are also rumours that the camera bill will be made of aluminium instead of glass. The YouTuber noted that the iPhone 17 Pro Max is slightly bulkier than the iPhone 16 Pro Max. This could mark a change in design for all pro models in the future.
Standard iPhone 17
The standard iPhone 17 has a similar design to the iPhone 16. The dual camera is in a vertical orientation with no significant size or shape changes. Besides the standard variant, the other three models of iPhones may start a new era of designs and build.
